We are also proud to announce that 27 of our drivers recently passed the TSA test - allowing us to handle any work to and from Baltimore’s BWI and Washington’s DCA airports.

We recently attended the Messenger and Courier Association of America Conference and came away with 20 guidelines that you may find valuable in managing your business during turbulent times:

1. Communicate regularly with your team.
2. Gain perspective - step away and take some quiet time to think.
3. If you have to cut, cut early and cut deep.
4. Stay close with your key relationships (As we are doing by sending this newsletter to you!))
5. Understand that cash is not cash until its cash.
6. Trim the fat...examine all of your expenses one by one (Aside from your courier of course!)
7. Measure everything.
8. Eliminate unproductive people.
9. Closely monitor your key indicators.
10. Try to sell more to existing customers. (Speaking of which, could your business benefit from our Storage, Trucking or Overnight services?)
