Excellent Customer Service

Expedited Courier Group has always taken pride in offering an excellent service. The people who make up this company always put the customer first and are more than willing to help other businesses when they can. Recently, a beer distributor needed two kegs of beer rushed to a local restaurant. The beer was going to be included in a new menu that was being introduced that day, and failure to deliver the beer would have hurt the distributor as well as the restaurant. When their normal means of distribution was not able to deliver the beer, they called us. Even with limited time, we were able to pick up the beer and have it delivered to the restaurant on schedule. Due to this, the new menu was unveiled and both parties were happy. Below is a short email, sent from the distributor.

Good morning Amir,

I wanted to thank you and your courier service group for taking care of our last-minute shipping needs yesterday, you saved the day and all restaurants were able to execute the launch of their new menu with our beer.

Years of Service

This past January marks a special time for two of our contractors. Robert Gilkesson(left) celebrated his 3rd year of driving for Expedited Courier Group. He began his contract on January 3rd, 2008. Frank Kalendek(right) celebrated his 20th year of driving for us on January 12th. He began his contract in 1991. They have both been essential to our company’s success and we look forward to future service with the both of them.
