What great service we received from your messenger. She stayed on top of an order that turned into a slight problem. The freight was going to the EPA. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the EPA required an appointment to accept deliveries. Long story short, She went the extra mile... She was very proactive in her communication with us and kept us advised every step of the way. She was a joy to work with.
